If you wish to see a doctor then make an appointment by calling the surgery on the same day at 08:00am and 2.30pm Monday to Friday.
To schedule an appointment with a Clinician you can also kindly complete the ‘Contact us online’ AccuRx form. We anticipate providing appointments as soon as possible following our triage protocol.
Whenever possible, we will book your appointment with the Clinician of your choice. Please let our team know your preference at the time of booking.
If you cannot keep an appointment please call the surgery and cancel the appointment so that other patients are not deprived from getting an appointment. Be punctual for your appointments. One appointment is for one patient and for one problem ONLY.
Sometimes it may not always be possible to see a doctor of your choice. However wherever possible we will endeavour our best to give you an appointment of your choice.

Home visits
Home visits are for patients who are too ill or frail to attend the surgery.
If there is any doubt the doctor can discuss your problem and advise you.
Home visits should be requested before 10am if possible.
