Welcome To Plashet Medical Centre

Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, we are having to suspend routine face-to-face  appointments with the GP, Clinical Pharmacist and HCA.  

All the GP appointments are triaged, please call the practice or use ONLINE TRIAGE SERVICE instead.

Coronavirus Alerts & Information:

Everyone must stay at home to help stop the spread of coronavirus. This includes people of all ages – even if you do not have any symptoms or other health conditions.
You can only leave your home:
• To shop for basic essentials– only when you really need to
• To do one form of exercise a day– such as a run, walk or cycle, alone or with other people you live with.
• For any medical need– for example, to visit a pharmacy or deliver essential supplies to a vulnerable person.
• To travel to and from work.

Sick Notes
You can now generate your sick note yourselves. you should click onto following website: https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/self-isolation-advice
Then click on “Get Isolation Note” – which is half way down page highlighted in green. This will take you to the NHS111 page where patients will be asked to answer a few questions. On completion a reference number will be emailed to the patient which is the sick note.

If you are unable to attend an appointment during the daytime or weekdays, then a number of appointments are bookable by calling GP Co op directly on 020 7540 9949. Appointments are available in local hub at Newham.

**Our Practice is open as a hub on Monday to Friday 6.30 pm to 10 pm, on SATURDAY and or SUNDAY 8 am till 8 pm .**

Emergencies

Night and weekend emergency calls are dealt with by GP CO-OP. If you have an emergency please call 020 7511 8880 or NHS 111.
